Jafar Akhoundali is a PhD candidate in DevSecOps and Secure Systems at the Leiden Institute of Advanced Computer Science (LIACS) under the supervision of Olga Gadyatskaya. He obtained a BSc in Software Engineering from Shahid Chamran University and a MSc in Secure Software Development from Shiraz University. Previously, he has worked both on open source and industry projects. His current research interests are related to improving the security in\using of open source projects.
